About The Role

Join a joining bonus of £1000 for experienced/qualified Senior Life Practitioners with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

£31,638.39 - £34,357.30 per annum DOE

We are looking for Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at our Children's Residential Homes, Church View and The Old Vicarage, located within four acres of the quiet village Swinderby, just ten miles from Lincoln.

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner. You will report to the Registered Manager, advocating and providing person-centred care, supporting staff to perform their duties effectively, and ensuring the best support for our residents.

We provide a company vehicle for community activities, which requires a full UK driving license or two years of UK driving experience.

About You

Qualifications and experience needed:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
