Job summary

Aon is seeking a Life Consulting Senior Manager (ALM) based in the UK, combining actuarial expertise with strategic consulting to shape ALM frameworks for life insurers.

You will lead client engagements across the UK and Bermuda, advising on MA and SAA, asset-liability alignment, governance, and Solvency UK reporting, while developing new consulting propositions and mentoring colleagues.

The role offers hybrid work from London and opportunities to collaborate globally within STG.

Qualifications

• Proven senior manager delivering ALM-focused life insurance projects.
• Strong ALM frameworks and asset-liability interplay knowledge.
• Experience advising senior leadership and boards.
• Willing to develop and lead cross-functional ALM propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ALM framework development for UK life insurers.
• Assess ALM effectiveness under market conditions.
• Advise on investment strategy including MA and SAA.
• Analyse impact of new assets and market changes on ALM/MA.
• Guide liquidity management and MA compliance.
• Support Solvency UK reporting and related processes.
• Develop ALM-related technology solutions.
• Build internal network and work collaboratively.
