Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a welcoming West London nursery. This full-time role covers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities in caring for children aged 0-5 and supporting their learning and wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate must hold a full Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
• Proven ability to provide high-quality care within EYFS framework
• Experience in early years setting is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed
