Banana Moon Royston is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our brand-new nursery. The role is full-time (40 hours) and runs 7:30am–6:30pm, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000–£29,000 per year, extensive benefits including CPD, discounted childcare, on-site parking and wellbeing support, plus a modern, biometric-entry site and a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3 early years qualification (DfE listed).
• DBS enhanced disclosure for child workforce.
• 12-hour Paediatric First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.
• Safeguarding training/qualification.
• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Leadership experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities.
• Provide a warm, caring and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support child development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress.
