Senior Lettings Negotiator: Based Brighton, Sussex

Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

Realistic Earnings: £27,000 – £32,000 uncapped rewards and ongoing professional development and coaching

Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job:

Make customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their journey assisting in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals. Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages). Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance, this is primarily office-based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!
