Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you looking for a new challenge as a Senior Lettings Negotiator in a busy Estate Agency with a large market share in the area?

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' Lettings experience, looking for more progression and development to join our client, based in West Hampstead.

Personal Profile

• Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry.
• Great negotiation skills & strong understanding of the lettings process.
• Able to oversee/manage the Lettings team.
• Possess excellent communication and people skills.
• Have a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Your duties would include

• Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors.
• Proactively working with the team to grow market share.
• Meeting targets and performance standards for negotiating and agreeing rentals.
• 2-3 years Lettings experience.
• Good knowledge of the 360 Lettings Cycle, including progression, tenant rights & landlord obligations, Health And Safety and Data Protection.

Package OTE 45k. Basic salary £23k excellent commission package and Car allowance.

5 day working week (Saturday included).
