We are working with an established independent estate agency in East Sussex who are looking to appoint a confident and organised Senior Lettings Consultant for their Uckfield branch. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced lettings environment, enjoys working with clients, and can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will be actively seeking new instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting the lettings team with marketing and portfolio management. The role involves regular travel locally, so strong time‑management and the ability to plan your day effectively are essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new lettings instructions and building landlord relationships.
• Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords.
• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers through to completion.
• Monitoring local listings and maintaining strong market awareness.
