Job Description

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join a leading international financial services organisation on a 9-month contract starting January 2026. The successful candidate will provide legal support on a range of banking and finance matters, working closely with global stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective frameworks to identify, assess, manage, and report on legal risks and matters relating to Treasury. This will include:

• Leading the legal process for establishing the Treasury Intra-Group Agreement (“IGA”) Framework governing Treasury-related transactions and arrangements;
• Reviewing and advising on drafts of master service and charging agreements under the Treasury IGA; and
• Collaborating with Treasury teams and external counsel to map and summarise existing Treasury intra-group activities and the associated legal agreements.
• Support strategic projects and cross-border initiatives within a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Contribute to policy and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements;
• Work collaboratively across teams and regions, supporting the development of best practices and consistent legal standards.
