Qualifications

• Solid post qualification corporate law and/or governance experience in a reputable law firm.
• Experience in a dynamic, global business environment preferred.
• IT, telecom, or real estate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise to support xScale business and joint ventures.
• Support corporate law for expansion and M&A transactions.
• Lead corporate restructuring projects within xScale.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
