Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions in Maidenhead seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support its fast-growing EMEA business from an in-house position. You will work closely with the Legal Director EMEA (Germany) and VP Legal Affairs EMEA (UK) on commercial matters across multiple entities.

The role offers exposure to cross-border contracts, campaigns, and strategic projects, with a hands-on, business-focused approach and fluency in English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with post-qualification experience.
• Law firm background preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial/contract law, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to engage business stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional working proficiency in English (required); German language skills a genuine advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region.
• Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts — supply, distribution, service and more.
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns and business initiatives.
• Supporting the legal roll-out of business projects.
• Conducting legal research as required.
• Assisting with signing and closing procedures, signature packs and document execution.
• Collating billing information and supporting general legal operations.

The role

Reporting to the Legal Director EMEA in Germany with a dotted line to the VP Legal Affairs EMEA in the UK, you'll be providing day-to-day legal support across multiple business entities in the region. This is a genuinely varied in-house role — you'll be close to the business, involved in real decisions, and working across a wide range of commercial matters.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region
• Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts — supply, distribution, service and more
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns and business initiatives
• Supporting the legal roll-out of business projects
• Conducting legal research as required
• Assisting with signing and closing procedures, signature packs and document execution
• Collating billing information and supporting general legal operations

What you'll need:
