A leading global legal consulting firm is seeking an experienced Regulatory & Litigation Counsel in Greater London. The role involves managing critical regulatory investigations and litigation, mainly focusing on online safety and AI regulations. Candidates must be qualified solicitors or barristers, possessing substantial litigation and regulatory defence backgrounds. An opportunity for an experienced Regulatory & Litigation Counsel to join a high-profile technology organisation on a fixed-term basis. The role sits within the EMEA Regulatory Affairs Defence team and will focus on managing business-critical regulatory investigations and litigation during a period of increased workload and team absence.
This is a hands‑on role requiring direct engagement with the business and senior stakeholders, suited to an upper mid-level to senior lawyer with strong regulatory defence experience.

This role would suit a lawyer operating at the upper end of mid-level or senior level who can quickly step in and provide robust regulatory defence support.
