A leading energy company is seeking a qualified solicitor to negotiate and draft construction contracts for onshore wind projects in the UK and Ireland. This role involves supporting wind farm transactions and advising on legal compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in renewable energy law and strong interpersonal skills. This position offers a hybrid work environment and is rooted in legal support for public affairs and regulatory matters.
Join us in this role where you’ll take a leading role in negotiating and drafting construction contracts for onshore wind projects, while supporting a broad range of legal matters including acquisitions, land development, and power purchase agreements.
You’ll be part of our Legal Onshore Europe team where you, together with your colleagues, will provide high-quality legal support to our onshore business units. Reporting to the Head of Legal for Onshore Europe, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, contract managers, and external counsel to ensure legal compliance and commercial success across multiple jurisdictions. As a team, we value collaboration, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
