Fast-growing, innovative fintech company are looking for a Legal Counsel, with a background in commercial, IT or technology law, to join their high-calibre legal team. This role sits directly under the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, preparing, and reviewing complex SaaS product contracts
  • Track and monitor legal and regulatory developments
  • Improving customer contract negotiation process and lead supplier negotiations
  • Advise on existing client contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business goals
  • Oversee and manage external legal counsel
  • Advising on best practices and compliance
Requirements:
  • 5 – 8 years PQE in commercial, IT or technology law
