Overview

Our client based in Kettering is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.45 am-5 pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices, matching & coding invoices
• Processing payments
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT returns
• Bill posting
• Interest calculations
• General account queries
• Payroll duties
• Month and year end duties

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision
• Previous legal cashiering experience
• Working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
• Thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment with excellent attention to detail
• Highly numerate

Salary and Benefits

Salary commensurate with level of experience starting from £32,000 depending on experience plus 31 days annual leave including bank holidays increasing with length of service.
