Senior Legal Assistant – Fully Remote

Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

CV Screen is recruiting for a Senior Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist legal practice operating within high-value personal injury litigation. This is a fully remote role offering a salary of £40,000 – £47,000 depending on experience, alongside an excellent benefits package. The successful candidate will support senior fee earners on complex, multi-track personal injury matters, playing a key role in progressing cases efficiently and professionally. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support senior fee earners with high-value multi-track personal injury cases from instruction to resolution

• Draft legal documents including witness statements, letters of claim, and court papers

• Manage diaries and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules

• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties on case-related matters

• Assist with research, case preparation, and briefing counsel as required

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in a Senior Legal Assistant or similar role within litigation or personal injury

• Strong working knowledge of civil procedure, litigation processes, and case management systems

• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
