Job summary

Edge Hill University is seeking a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Early Years Education to shape the delivery, development and strategic enhancement of Early Years Initial Teacher Education across our undergraduate and postgraduate provision.

Drawing on expertise in birth to five, you will design and deliver innovative, research-informed learning that prepares graduate practitioners to support children's learning, development and wellbeing, with a particular emphasis on babies and toddlers aged

• QT status is required.
• PhD or equivalent professional achievement.
• Honours degree in Early Years or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape delivery and strategic enhancement of Early Years Initial Teacher Education across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Design and deliver innovative, research-informed learning to prepare graduate practitioners.
• Lead curriculum development and quality enhancement as required for Senior Lecturer.
