We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor reporting to the L&D Manager. This is a key role for the L&D team, and you will be involved in supporting and providing effective and efficient operational Learning and Development services to various parts of Bouygues.
You will also coordinate and administrate training programmes, with a focus on technical courses, digital learning and onboarding. Managing the learning management system, external/internal trainers and the L&D financial processes. Acting as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing guidance and promote learning opportunities across the organisation.
Oversee the coordination and administration of training courses, including scheduling of training sessions, calendar management to ensure seamless delivery and an effective learner experience.
Support with the implementation of onboarding and induction programmes to help successful integration of new employees.
Facilitate webinars and design e-learning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality digital training offerings.
Support the administration of L&D financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
Maintain accurate training records with completion data, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing user experience, system maintenance and content updates.
Compile, analyse, and present comprehensive training reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate programme impact.
Oversee grant applications and funding utilisation with CITB and other organisations.
Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to HR managers and business stakeholders on all aspects of learning and development.
