Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to join our Change Adoption and Learning team on an exciting journey within the Hitachi Solutions family.

You will translate learning and adoption strategies into practical, high‑quality learning solutions for clients, combining hands‑on design with consulting judgement, stakeholder influence and quality assurance across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering training and learning solutions within ERP or enterprise application transformation programmes.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous; transferable ERP experience accepted.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and shape practical learning recommendations.
• Experience with remote, hybrid and on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist learning and adoption expertise across client projects from TNA to delivery and impact assessment.
• Translate strategies into practical delivery plans for business readiness and user adoption.
• Advise on learning approaches, delivery methods and governance requirements.
• Design accessible, blended learning solutions using appropriate tools and instructional design principles.

• Translate learning and adoption strategies into practical delivery plans that support business readiness, user adoption and client outcomes.
• Advise clients and project teams on learning approaches, delivery methods, learner engagement, adoption risks and governance requirements.
• Design and develop accessible, user‑centred blended learning solutions using appropriate tools, technologies and instructional design principles.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, influence decisions and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Assure learning deliverables, manage delivery risks and support continuous improvement across learning methodologies, templates, tools and best practices

Qualifications

As an experienced Senior Learning Consultant, you have…

• 3+ years' experience delivering training and learning solutions within ERP or enterprise application transformation programmes. Experience of Dynamics 365 is advantageous; however, candidates with transferable ERP platform experience such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS or similar technologies are encouraged to apply.
• Experience delivering learning solutions for large-scale transformation programmes, including Training Needs Analysis, curriculum design and blended learning approaches.
• Strong consulting judgement, with the ability to advise stakeholders, analyse needs, constructively challenge and shape practical learning recommendations.
• Confidence working across multiple workstreams, priorities and client environments, including remote, hybrid and on‑site delivery.
• Experience managing learning risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, and reviewing deliverables for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management and written/verbal English communication skills.
• A results‑focused mindset, with sound business acumen and a clear understanding of how learning supports adoption, readiness and business outcomes.
• Advantageous: confident use of AI tools, experience with Articulate, Camtasia or Lemon Learning, fluency in Spanish, French or German, TAP qualification or Microsoft Certified Trainer status.
• All applicants must either hold active Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
