You’re someone who enjoys working with clients, spotting patterns, and creating solutions that really land.
You’ll need to be:
Experience in consultancy, coaching, or digital learning design — and a relevant qualification such as CIPD Level 7 or a coaching qualification — would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker. What matters most to us is your experience and passion for making a real difference in this kind of role.

And when life throws curveballs - which it always will - we’ll make sure you’ve got the flexibility and support you need. We understand that time to rest and recharge is important and we’ll make sure you get it, along with a work/life balance that always treats you like an adult (and trusts you accordingly).
