Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Total reward package: Up to 45322 per annum

Salary: 35000 - 37000 per annum dependent on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Leadership Support Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Engineering leadership team. This role is designed to assist senior management in aligning schedules, monitoring key project activities, documenting and communicating meeting outcomes. By doing so the role enables the leadership team to focus on organisational strategic initiatives. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of leadership activities and will collaborate closely with various engineering teams, departments and external partners.

What You'll Need
  • Business administration qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with engineering terminology, project lifecycle and industry standards is an advantage.
