Job summary

Hawksworth in London is seeking a Head of Solution Consulting to lead client delivery and strategy in the wealth and pensions FinTech space. You will oversee a team of 6–7 Solution Architects, shaping scalable SaaS-enabled solutions and ensuring strong client relationships.

The role combines technical insight with people leadership, travel to client sites for escalations, and ongoing growth of the team to meet expanding demand across the UK market.
