Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Lead - Real Estate Manager to drive strategic expansion and portfolio management across the Americas. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate & Development, AMER, you will lead site selection, lease negotiations, and transaction execution across premium retail and workplace environments to strengthen omnichannel growth and brand presence.

You will partner with internal teams, evaluate profitability, and travel up to 40% to support market reviews and landlord negotiations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate leasing, brokerage, or development in premium retail or high-growth consumer environments.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership across multiple markets.
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex lease contracts across NA and LATAM.
• Proven ability to evaluate site profitability through financial modeling and CapEx assessments.
• Strong strategic sense for premium retail markets, brand adjacency, and traffic dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for site evaluations and negotiations.

Your story

• You bring 8+ years of functional experience in real estate leasing, brokerage, or development within premium retail or high-growth consumer environments
• You bring 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, guiding, mentoring, and developing real estate specialists and external partner networks across multiple markets
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex lease contracts, with a comprehensive understanding of commercial, financial, and legal frameworks across North America and LATAM
• Proven track record of evaluating site profitability through robust financial modeling, CapEx assessment, and long-term deal structuring
• Strong strategic appreciation for premium retail markets, brand adjacency, key street dynamics, and evolving consumer traffic patterns across major regional hubs
• Comfort traveling up to 40% of the time to support site evaluations, landlord negotiations, and key market reviews across the region
