London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Lead ML Engineer to provide technical leadership across the ML lifecycle for a large-scale matching platform. You will architect, implement, deploy, and operate production ML solutions with emphasis on reliability, governance, and MLOps practices.

The role requires hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and monitoring ML systems, with exposure to SageMaker workflows, feature stores, and model governance.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale ML platforms (preferably on AWS SageMaker).
• Experience guiding ML solutions from data ingestion to production deployment and monitoring.
• Proven track record building low-latency inference services at scale.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership across the ML lifecycle, defining architecture and governance for a large-scale matching platform.
• Lead hands-on development of ML systems, pipelines, monitoring, and deployment workflows.
• Establish engineering standards, MLOps practices, and cross-account AWS deployments.
• Coach engineers, review designs, and drive technical direction.
