Job summary

The Collective Network is recruiting an Engineering Lead in a family-oriented food manufacturing setting. You will still be hands-on technically while taking ownership of the engineering function, leading a multi-skilled team and driving improvements across OEE, PPMs and projects.

Ideal candidates have a strong Electrical/Mechanical background with leadership experience and a track record in food/FMCG environments. This role is Monday-Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Electrical and mechanical engineering background.
  • Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and project execution.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs (PPMs).
  • Support projects and contractors on site.
  • Improve site engineering performance.

This is a great opportunity to join a family-oriented food manufacturing business as an Engineering Lead, where you'll still have a hands-on technical role but take real ownership of the engineering function.
