Job summary

Identify Solutions in Leeds is seeking Senior and Lead Data Scientists to join its growing AI practice. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to deployment, delivering production-ready AI/ML solutions for clients across sectors.

You will work with LLMs, NLP, RAG, Agentic AI and Predictive Modelling, collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders. The role offers hybrid arrangements, ownership, and a broader impact on project direction.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products from PoC to production.
• Client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, RAG and/or Agentic AI.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Building AI and ML solutions from concept through to production

What we're looking for

• A self-starter mentality with broad technical capability

For Lead-level hires, experience leading teams, mentoring consultants and managing multiple projects is highly desirable.
