Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior / Lead Analytics Consultant to own analytical products from concept to deployment, embedding analytics in business decisions.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex challenges into actionable data solutions, deliver reusable frameworks across teams, and maintain modern software governance. The role offers hybrid working with one day a month in the office and a salary up to £90,000.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering analytical products that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience taking solutions from ambiguous requirements through to sustained business usage.
• Advanced Python development skills for analytics, modelling, or data product development.
• Experience with analytical application frameworks such as Shiny, Streamlit, Dash, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including version control and CI/CD principles.
• Experience with tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Terraform, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, consultative mindset.
