EAST LONDON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Disability and Autism Practitioner to join the Coborn Centre for Adolescent Mental Health on a 12‑month pilot. You will assess and intervene for LDA concerns, and work with families and partner agencies to coordinate care.

The role focuses on personalised care plans, communication strategies and reducing restrictive interventions, with training and consultation across clinical teams to improve outcomes for neurodivergent

Competenze

• Specialist Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) expertise as required for assessment and intervention.
• Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Experience in training, coaching and consultation of staff.
