Senior Lawyer - Property Litigation (Charities) - Plymouth

Chadwick Nott are instructed by one of the UK's leading and most forward-thinking national law firms who are looking to recruit a Senior Lawyer into their Property Litigation - Charities team. The successful candidate will advise some of the UK's most respected charities, helping them protect, preserve and maximise the value of their property assets. Leading on complex disputes you'll play a key role in supporting the charitable sector's essential work.

The role
  • Manage a broad range of property disputes from lease and boundary issues to rent reviews and possession claims.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm\'s specialist Charities & Private Wealth teams.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years PQE in property litigation with strong technical ability and confidence handling cases independently.
  • Ideally, experience advising charities or not-for-profits (though not essential) or, an interest in developing this specialism.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
