Huntingdonshire District Council is seeking a Senior Landscape Officer to lead landscape and biodiversity work across Planning Services.

You will advise on major planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments and Biodiversity Net Gain, helping balance growth with nature protection.

Working with developers, consultants and elected members, you will represent the Council at appeals and contribute to environmental policy development.

Responsabilidades

• Assess planning applications and development proposals, providing landscape and biodiversity guidance.
• Contribute to environmental policy development and Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives.
• Represent the Council at appeals, inquiries and other proceedings where specialist evidence is required.
