Senior Landscape Architect

London (Hybrid) | £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Role Overview

We’re partnering with a leading UK architecture and design practice to find a Senior Landscape Architect ready to lead the design and delivery of high-quality public realm and masterplanning projects. This role is ideal for a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with a proven track record in team leadership, project delivery, and sustainable, design-led thinking.

You’ll be based in the London studio as part of a close-knit local team, while staying connected to a broader group through hybrid working, collaboration, and regular team meetups. Responsibilities

• Lead landscape and public realm projects through all RIBA stages
• Oversee project delivery, client engagement, and resource management
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors
• Present design proposals and reports to clients, authorities, and stakeholders
• Develop high-quality design strategies, technical packages, and tender documentation
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
• Support business development and bid submissions when required
• Champion innovation and sustainability in all design work

Requirements

• Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with UK project experience
• Strong leadership in delivering complex landscape or urban realm projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• High-level design and technical detailing ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp (Revit is a plus)
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
• A passion for thoughtful, sustainable, and people-focused landscape design
