LEAD Careers is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect in Bristol to lead projects from concept through delivery. This role emphasizes strong technical knowledge, fresh design ideas, and a collaborative approach across public realm, regeneration, and landscape-led masterplanning.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years post-CMLI experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of UK planning policy and sustainability principles.

Qualifications

• A degree/post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years post-CMLI experience with a strong track record in landscape architecture.
• A passion for great design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• A good understanding of UK planning policy and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a creative, positive studio culture.
