Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd. is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect in Brighton and Hove to lead bespoke private residential schemes and select public realm projects from concept through completion.

The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and a high level of technical drawing proficiency. You will work in a hybrid setup with a salary of £45,000–£55,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus and future profit share opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional landscape architecture or landscape design experience.
• Completed high-end residential projects.
• Strong project leadership and delivery experience.
• Confident client and consultant communication.
• Excellent technical and drawing review skills.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or advanced CAD skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Brighton and Hove | £45,000 – £55,000 salary | Hybrid working

Hunter Dunning is working with a growing design practice in Brighton and Hove to recruit a Senior Landscape Architect. You will lead bespoke private residential schemes, alongside selected public realm and design-led projects, from concept through completion.

Your Experience

• At least five years of professional landscape architecture or landscape design experience
• Completed high-end residential projects
• Strong project leadership and delivery experience
• Confident client and consultant communication
• Excellent technical and drawing review skills
• Proficiency in Vectorworks or advanced CAD skills
• Previous mentoring experience
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
• Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and AI tool knowledge would be beneficial
