Senior Land Referencer

TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their land referencing team in the Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long‑lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. Collaborating with delivery and spatial data teams, the land referencing function plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and well‑documented land referencing for statutory processes including DCOs, CPOs, and TWAOs.

• Leading quality assurance of land ownership data input into proprietary databases
• Developing and refining land referencing methodologies to support project enquiries
