Salary: £65,000 - £78,000 plus bonus/package

Top PLC developer with sites in enviable locations all over London urgently seeks a Land Manager to join their busy acquisitions team.

The ideal person will be a deal-maker within zones 2-6 in London, someone who can utilise their contacts to create deals and have the ability to process through.

Sites will consist of a mixture of unconditional, STP, and option acquisitions, and product consists of apartments and mixed-use residential led.

The developer concerned is hungry for sites and will look at all options if the numbers stack up. They have the financial nous and funds to acquire any site and can beat other developers to the punch.

The role itself is to acquire sites and utilise the internal planning and design teams to get them through planning stages up to production, so there are elements of Development Management within the role, but primarily you are a Senior Land Manager.

The developer constructs over 1000 units per year and can compete with some of the highest specification developers out there, whilst still being able to offer a more affordable product in certain locations.
