Senior Land Manager / Associate Director

Senior Land Manager with aspirations to become Land Director with a highly regarded Residential Developer based in Hertfordshire.

Salary: c£100,000 plus full package & bonus

Location: Hertfordshire

Regions: Hertfordshire, London

The company concerned are known for buying London and Northern Home Counties sites of 100+ units, they will only buy stp or unconditionally.

With the nature of these types of deals it is imperative that the successful candidate is used to the level of detail required for unconditional purchases. You must have been involved in these types of deal previously and have a track record of identifying sites over 100 units.
