About the Role

This newly established division will focus exclusively on land acquisition, design and the development of our Luxury Care Homes, helping to drive forward the next stage of our ambitious development journey.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new development opportunities that will shape the future of our business and support our long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable land opportunities to support Yorkare’s development objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed land acquisition proposals to the Yorkare Homes Directors.
• Negotiate purchase agreements that align with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Work closely with the planning and design teams to assess site potential and deliver successful outcomes.
• Oversee the acquisition process from initial identification through to completion.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in land acquisition or development (residential, commercial, or care sector preferred).
