Data Intellect Limited is seeking a Senior kdb+ Engineer to lead delivery on high-performance data systems for financial clients. You will design architecture, implement scalable kdb+ solutions, and work with quants and traders to translate requirements into efficient code.

You will mentor engineers, own the development lifecycle, and drive innovation in q and related technologies within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on kdb+ development with deep q knowledge.
• Experience designing and scaling kdb+ architectures in production.
• Strong Unix/Linux scripting and environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in fast-paced projects.
• Excellent communication to translate complex systems to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on client projects and set quality standards.
• Design robust kdb+ architectures for large-scale time-series data.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and analysts to translate needs into code.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Own the full development lifecycle for client applications.
