An educational institution in London is seeking a Senior Job Coach to support learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will provide coaching in real workplace settings, manage work placements, and lead a team of coaches. Essential qualifications include Level 2 literacy and numeracy, along with experience supporting young people with SEND. The salary for this position is inclusive of London weighting. Please note that it is Newham College’s policy to offer all roles at the entry point of the salary scale advertised. However, based on your qualifications and experience, we may offer a higher starting salary within the specified salary range.
