Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of JDE modules.
• Manage a group of JDE consultants and analysts.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Present functional designs and performance insights to clients.

Skills

Extensive hands‑on experience with JD Edwards ERP
