Luxoft is seeking a senior software engineer to design and maintain low-latency market-data platforms in a Linux environment. You will optimize JVM performance, implement kernel-bypass networking, and integrate proprietary feeds for real-time data across EMEA and US markets.

The role requires strong Java expertise, C++ experience, and a track record in production-grade systems. Collaboration with global teams and a focus on throughput, latency, and reliability are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software development in performance-critical systems.
• Expertise in Core Java and JVM profiling/tuning (GC, memory, threads, latency).
• Strong Linux production debugging and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput applications.
• Proficient in low-latency network programming (TCP/IP, sockets, data processing).
• C++ experience in performance-sensitive environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency applications using Core Java.
• Perform JVM profiling and tuning, including GC, memory, thread, CPU, and latency analysis.
• Develop and optimize low-latency network components and kernel-bypass solutions.
• Integrate and support direct feeds and market-data distribution protocols across EMEA and US Options markets.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve throughput, latency, and resource utilization.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Support deployment and production processes within Linux environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable market-data solutions.
