Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a bright Java Developer for a Head of Software Architecture role focused on a financial Tech for Good product. You will drive backend systems, cloud integrations, and scalable event-driven architectures.

You will own features from design through release, write production-grade code and automated tests, and collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and Operations to translate requirements into robust software.

Qualifications

• Strong Java and Spring Boot backend development experience.
• Cloud architecture expertise on AWS.
• Experience with data-centric systems and data synchronization.
• Experience building APIs and integrations.
• Familiar with IaC and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems using AWS services.
• Own features from design through release with automated tests.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Support monitoring and data quality using Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
