Senior IV Homecare Nurse

£44,793

Fully expensed company car and fuel card

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Meridian Business Support is supporting our award‑winning client in their search for a Homecare Nurse. This is more than just a job – you will have direct impact on people’s lives, meeting the evolving needs of our patients. Our nurses are the heroes behind the front‑line. You can be that too.

Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in a community setting to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, TPN treatments and both intramuscular and sub‑cutaneous injections, while training patients to administer their own medication.
  • Coaching and mentoring members of the Homecare team in alignment with their identified roles and objectives.
  • Ensure care and services are delivered efficiently and effectively across the region, supporting the ongoing development of new and existing patient pathways to service.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Cross‑trained in IV therapies including HPN, ERT, pharmacology, or commitment to complete this training within 6 months of starting.
  • Display coaching and mentoring qualities; a relevant qualification in this space is desirable.
  • High level of care and empathy to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
  • Well‑organised, able to manage own workload and itinerary; basic IT skills required.
  • Full UK driving licence required (travel between patients throughout the day).
  • Experience with IV lines, cannulation and TPN is essential.
