Job summary

Allianz Commercial in London seeks a senior Transformation Programme Lead to drive the end-to-end IT landscape for Portfolio Solutions, scaling with growth. You will own the delivery roadmap, manage data migration, and lead change across regions.

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end IT-enabled transformation programmes, ideally in insurance or delegated authority.
Proven track record as a product owner/manager with data migration or platform modernisation.

Responsibilities

Target state design and implementation across the IT landscape, including AI-enabled migrations.
Transformation roadmap creation and ownership, coordinating with IT and business teams.
End-to-end project management: scope, resourcing, timelines and budgets.
Risk oversight, escalation, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
Data quality improvements, automation opportunities and stakeholder adoption.
