Job summary

Aon in London seeks a Senior IT and Technology Consultant to join our Digital M&A Advisory practice, delivering technology risk assessments and transformation advice for PE and corporate clients.

You will interact with C-suite and technology leaders, shaping IT separation, integration and value creation initiatives across multiple industries. This role offers broad exposure and fast-paced client work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in technology consulting, enterprise IT, technology risk, cloud engineering, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments and modern architectures.
• Experience evaluating risks in cloud, cyber, and IT operations for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver technology advisory engagements across private equity and corporate clients.
• Conduct IT due diligence to identify risks, opportunities and value creation.
• Assess enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud environments, and IT operations.
• Review governance, operating models and IT processes.
• Evaluate roadmaps, transformation programmes and investments.
• Identify security and resilience risks and report to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists on security capabilities and controls.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations and executive briefings.
• Manage project workstreams across concurrent engagements.
