About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior IT Technician to join our Central IT Team. You will play a key role in maintaining the Trust’s ICT systems and infrastructure to facilitate outstanding teaching, learning, administration, and leadership.

You will also act as the point of escalation for Technicians, providing high-level first-time fixes, investigating escalated incidents and resolving them within service targets.

This role is part of the Central IT Team with the main focus of providing a high quality, comprehensive and efficient IT support function. You may be deployed to any Trust academy as required to provide on-site support.
