Page Personnel in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior IT Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement across a Technology Infrastructure portfolio including Cloud, connectivity, data centres and networks.

You will partner with the CTO and Technology Leadership Team to drive end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiations and governance while ensuring value delivery and risk management across the technology spend.

Qualifications

• Executive level procurement professional with credibility and senior stakeholder influence.
• 5+ years in IT Procurement or IT Category Management.
• Strong knowledge across Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud, Connectivity or Hosting environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology sourcing projects and commercial negotiations.
• Degree and/or CIPS qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic sourcing across Technology Infrastructure and Cloud categories.
• Develop category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects from requirements to award.
• Negotiate high-value technology contracts and commercial agreements.
• Provide governance, risk management and supplier benchmarking.
• Collaborate with CIO/CTO, Technology, Finance and Legal teams.
