We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.
We're using fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, every day and at key moments in their lives.

As Lead IT Service Manager you'll be at the forefront of leading the core Assistive Technology & Projects (AT&P) service in DWP.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of these core services, while leading a team and providing strategic leadership and coaching.
This is a leadership role where you'll be acting as an escalation point for critical issues, responsible for driving service excellence across your portfolio, and contributing to both defining and designing assistive technology support models.
At DWP Digital you'll have the opportunity to shape services that matter - impacting thousands of colleagues and contributing to projects that define the future of enterprise technology. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive environment where your ideas drive real change.
You don't need to have worked with accessibility solutions before. If you are someone who has designed end-to-end services that meet user needs, and is motivated by delivering technology that works for everyone, then apply today.
