As a Tier 3 Senior IT Service Desk Engineer, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced IT team to provide advanced technical support and play a key role in optimising our IT environment. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to make an impact within a dynamic firm experiencing rapid growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role will also involve travel to our offices across the UK, supporting integration, projects and on-site IT requirements. You’ll:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
  • Provide guidance and support the members within the team that work in Tier 1/Tier 2.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
  • Optimise end-user productivity and security through effective use of M365 technologies.
  • Support and maintain Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access policies.
  • Assist with the delivery of Azure solutions under the guidance of Head of IT.
  • Monitor Azure resources, ensuring availability, performance and security.
  • Provide advanced support across hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
  • Implement security and compliance standards set by the Head of Information Security and CTO.
  • Ensure devices and services remained patched, compliant, and secure.
  • Work closely with the Head of IT on project delivery and system improvements.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base, and training materials.

  • Have previous experience in a Tier 3 IT Support or Senior IT Support Engineer Role.
  • Have a strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD, conditional access, and role-based access control, Intune device and application management.
  • Be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software and network systems.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT security, compliance, and standards.
  • Be tech-savvy, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines in demanding environments.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment with a strong drive to succeed
  • Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
  • Be willing to travel to our offices throughout the UK as and when required.
