Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives in Randburg, Gauteng. This role oversees enterprise-wide IT projects, ERP/CRM implementations, and cloud migration programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful technology adoption across the organization.

You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage budgets and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 7 years in IT project management with senior or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of large IT projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures and ensure financial constraints.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Oversee communications with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
