We\'re looking for a proactive and passionate IT Manager to lead our small, but vital, Corporate IT team. This isn’t just a back-office role; you’ll be a visible and influential leader, working with everyone from our newest hire to our senior leadership team. You\'ll have the autonomy to shape our IT roadmap, mentor a talented team, and be the go-to expert for the technology that powers our entire company.

Day to day your role will involve:

• Lead & Mentor: You\'ll guide and develop our brilliant IT team, fostering a supportive environment through regular one-on-ones and clear direction
• Be the Architect: You will design, drive, and own the IT strategy, acting as a key technical consultant across all business departments. Your vision will directly influence our success
• Steer the Ship: From managing our key vendors and budgets to overseeing the IT helpdesk, you\'ll ensure our daily operations run flawlessly and efficiently
• Drive Key Projects: You will lead critical internal IT projects from the initial idea right through to successful delivery, ensuring we\'re always improving
• Ensure We\'re Secure & Resilient: You\'ll be crucial in protecting our business, contributing to security policies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard our critical services

You

Ideally you\'ll have:

• Proven experience leading and managing an IT team.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience building strong relationships and communicating effectively across all business levels.
• A deep understanding of macOS, iOS, and Google Workspace management.
• Hands-on experience with Apple hardware management tools, Jamf Pro is a big plus.
• Experience managing IT policies, budgets, and vendors.

Work pattern for this role

This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

The role is based in our Edinburgh office, with some flexibility for occasional home working, though you\'ll spend most of your time on site.

The salary band for this is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
